As a regular ghost blogger for Microsoft’s worldwide public sector, I write weekly posts attributed to executive authors that aim to help worldwide governments use technology to improve their citizens’ quality of life.

Convercent Software

This start-up came to me to help establish and roll out a new voice and content to its new website and collateral. I wrote the site, created sales sheets and direct mail letters, and edited white papers to promote its revolutionary approach.

Dex One

A large-scale project that combined two Dex One websites into one, I performed the content inventory, created the content strategy, designed the site map, and managed content creation—including writing most of the copy—for this 50-page website.

University of Denver

Working within extremely tight deadlines, I led the creation of the content strategy and rewrite of about 50 pages of content aimed at projecting the university’s new brand pillars for its redesigned website.

Boston Market

I oversaw a complete rewrite of the Boston Market website, emphasizing the wholesomeness of its food so that the primary audience, busy parents, could feel good about serving it to their families.

Cheyenne Mountain Zoo

To inspire visits and donations to the zoo, I rewrote the website’s comprehensive content to fit the intuitive new architecture and express the zoo’s fun, caring attitude and conservation focus.
